  • Party dates and timeslots are secured by a non-refundable deposit. The Craft Studio does not hold or guarantee dates or timeslots without a deposit. Find the location’s calendar and choose your date to secure the deposit directly online.

  • A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time slot.

  • If you need to re-schedule for any reason it must be during any available party slot within 14 days of your original party date. After 14 days (and before 90) it must be Monday-Thursday or during an "After Hours" weekend timeslot. Parties cancelled later than 10 days prior to the event date will be charged in full.

  • Our back party room comfortably accommodates up to 35 kids AND their grown ups (w/approx. 1 adult per child). For an additional $1,000, families may rent out the entire store to accommodate up to 50 kids and their grown ups!

  • Yes! An additional 30 minutes may be added to your party for $500. Additional 30 minutes are added on to the END of your party time booked. 12-12:30pm for the 10:30am timelsot, 3:00-3:30pm for the 1:30pm timeslot, or 6pm-6:30pm for the 4:30pm timeslot.

  • Absolutely… as long as they are only providing services The Craft Studio does not offer.

  • Though you may adjust the guest headcount up to 7 days prior to your party date - it is strongly recommended your guest count be fairly accurate at the time of selecting your project/special orders 2 weeks before your party date. Drastic changes to your confirmed count can impact these areas. We do allow more guests than originally confirmed. Any additional children/crafts (siblings/friends/additional projects) partaken in will add to the final headcount on the day of.

  • All craft projects and special orders must be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to your party date. If themes, craft projects, or special orders are not selected at least 2 weeks prior to your party date, The Craft Studio cannot guarantee craft selection availability and you are responsible for any fees associated with expedited orders. Please keep in mind that The Craft Studio is not responsible for any vendor shipping delays, and the booking party will be required to pay expedited shipping fees.

  • Absolutely! This is something we do best. For a customization fee we can tailor your party/craft to any theme you can dream! Customization discussion and options are only available after a date and deposit has been made.
